CONSULTING EXPERTISE is a company that was founded in Colombia in 2002. Initially, its field of development was in ORACLE EDUCATION, little by little the company entered the consulting market, and today the company is dedicated to providing consulting services nationally and internationally, supporting both ORACLE and other direct clients in the development of consulting projects both in Colombia and in other countries in the region.

A systems engineer born in Cali in 1975, he has more than two decades of experience leading Consulting Expertise. His career in the technology world began in 1993, driven by his passion for Oracle solutions and developing innovative strategies. After starting out at ASISTIR LTDA, he strengthened his leadership and creativity, leading him to embark on his own path in 2000. His work as an official Oracle Education instructor in Cali and Bogotá marked the beginning of a legacy that continues today, advising and training teams in the Americas and the Caribbean. Since founding Consulting Expertise in 2002, he has led the company with technical excellence and commitment, participating in international events such as Oracle OpenWorld and Oracle CloudWorld. His approach is based on attention to detail and the transfer of experience to each project, ensuring high-level solutions for his clients' growth.

I am a systems engineer, born in Cali, colombia in 1975. My path in the world of the technology began in 1993, when I went to study Engineering in the University of San Buenaventura, inspired by a great friend and mentor. From my first steps, I knew that I wanted to leave a footprint in this sector. In 1998 I had the good fortune to start my career in ATTENDING LTDA, a real school for me. There I discovered my affinity for Oracle solutions, I developed leadership skills and participated in projects that tested my creativity and commitment. Guided by my intuition and a strong desire for independence, in the year 2000 I decided to pursue my own path. I began teaching courses in Oracle in the Autonomous University and then I became an instructor official Oracle Education, first in Cali and then in Bogotá, a city that I moved permanently in 2001. It was precisely in Bogota where, in 2002, was born CONSULTING EXPERTISE, driven by the trust of a client that required services with the support of the business. Since then, I have led this company with a passion and technical excellence for over two decades. Throughout these years, I have had the privilege to advise and train teams in multiple countries America and the Caribbean (such as Argentina, Mexico, Costa Rica, Panama, USA, among others) and to be a speaker in a recognized international events such as Oracle OpenWorld (2016, 2017, 2019) in San Francisco and Oracle CloudWorld (2024) in Las Vegas. In CONSULTING EXPERTISE I firmly believe that the experience is transmitted in each project. I am involved personally in the technical aspects, taking care of every detail to ensure solutions, high level. I love what I do, and I'm excited to continue to contribute to the growth of our customers, with the same passion that drove me from the first day.”
